

Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that your deposit of $50 is to hold your date and time and it is NON-REFUNDABLE
OVERTIME: $30.00 per each 15-minute increment or portion thereof.
We accept Major Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo,
Cash app, Apple pay, Facebook pay, Square via invoice.We no longer accept Checks(unless previously discussed and agreed upon and check is received at least 2 weeks prior to the event date)
Final payment is due upon arrival at the event unless prior arrangements have been made. If Final payment is not given at the start of the party and prior arrangements have not been made, a $20.00 surchargewill be added to your bill per day.
CANCELLATIONS:
Entertainer(s) requireat least a 7-day noticeof cancellation for any event. If an event is cancelled for any reason withinthe 7-day period, then 50% of the total amount of the event will be charged. If an event is canceled within 24 hours of the event or the day of the event payment in FULL will be required Immediately.
Artist cancellations: The artis thas the right to cancel due to inclement weather, bad road conditions, and other acts of nature not controlled by the artist. In the event of cancellation by the artist the full amount paid including the (non-refundable) deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the event date. The artist will contact the host immediately and make them aware of the situation. We understand that you want to make your event amazing, and we want to help with that but it’s not worth it for anyone risking their lives or livelihood. We will always do our best to reschedule and accommodate you for another event in the future.
ARTIST NO SHOW- if the artist does not show to the event there has been a life-or-death situation happen, please allow them at least 24 hours to contact you and explain.If there is a car accident or death, etc. They may not be able to contact you right away. Please please do not run to my social media and bash my business before you even know what is going on, that is slander and defamation, you will be given a refund of all monies paid within 30 days (usually much sooner) and the opportunity to reschedule with a free hour for your next event. Please know that I will never ever just not show to an event, if I am not there then something terrible has happened,
LATEARTIST: If your artist is late due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic, or another obstacle on their way to your event we will make sure that everyone is taken care of and stay at the event for extra time if needed. If we are late due to a host error such as wrong directions, far away parking etc. we will also do our best to get to everyone but cannot guarantee we will stay longer to do so.
OTHER RULES AND REQUIREMENTS: Entertainers require a parking space close to the event. Entertainers have heavy equipment and any time in transferring equipment from car to distant location will count as time at the event. (Including buildings with security gates).
Client/Host will reimbursefor any parking fees, tolls, parking garages, or any travel agreed upon before signing the contract.
BOUNCY CASTLES: If your event has bounce houses, it is your responsibility to make certain that face paint is allowed. If a bounce house company refuses our services, you will still be responsible for the payment for our services. Some bounce house companies do not mind face paint, others don’t want to bother to have to clean it off the house ,some may not mind if the kids jump first then get painted. All that needs to be discussed prior to booking so you don’t get into a situation where you are paying me and I’m not able to work.
BREAKS: The artist is entitled to a small break of no more than 15 minutes for every 2 hours worked and 30 minutes for events of 4 hours or more. A 1-hour break for events that are 8 hours or longer with small breaks every 2 hours.
ALLERGIES: The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions. Children and adults with allergies or sensitivities should request a patch test or not participate in Face Paint, Glitter Tattoos or Henna services. We always use professional Face paint, makeup, and cosmetic glitters safe for skin. We will never use acrylic paint, black henna, or any other non- makeup/cosmetic item that could harm you, your child, or the artist.
We will not paint anyone that is Sick, has any open wounds,contagious illness, conjunctivitis (pink eye), or any other visible skin condition, contagious disease, eczema, psoriasis, cold/flu, or covid 19.
DAMAGE: The artist is not responsible for damage to clothing or property due to children and paints. We will take great measures to not get any of our supplies or paint on clothing or property. We cannot guarantee glitter will not be everywhere. If you do not want us to use glitter, please inform the artist and we will refrain.
The client agrees to pay fully for any damage done to the artist’s supplies, paints, kit, or other items from destruction due to the actions of children, pets,or guests of the event. An estimate for replacement will be sent to the client within a week of the event ending for payment.
The client agrees to pay in full for accidents or injuries caused by any child, guest,pet, or property issue at the event. Not limited to but including, broken kit wheels from cracked driveways, dogs urinating on artists chair (yes it has happened), kids
urinating on artists chair (also has happened), spilled food/drinks, vomit, and many more possibilities.SPECIAL SITUATIONS: Please be aware that the artist will not work under any uncomfortable, offensive, obscene, violent, destructive,or illegal circumstances. The client will be notified immediately to remedy the situation. If not remedied immediately the artistwill pack up and leave with full payment. No refund will be given for any reason. This includes the use of drugs at parties. We don’t care if you smoke (whateveryou smoke) just please don’t do it around the artist especially while they are working with children.
BABYSITTING,
WE ARE NOT BABYSITTERS
The artist attending your event is not there to baby sit or watch your children, we are there to provide the service we are paid to provide. If you would like to hire a babysitter, we are more than happy to double our price and supply a second person to provide that service. Otherwise, we are not able to watch children while working, there will need to always be an adult present to be responsible for the children. If a parent or adult is not there and the artist has to step in you will be charged extra for babysitting services at $30 per incident.
ATTENTION:
WE ASK THAT ALL CHILDREN BE READY BEFORE GETTING IN LINE (especially if the line is long). Have their faces cleaned, hair pulled back, finished all food and drink until they are finished with face paint.
Please refrain from crowding the artist to take photos of your child while they are being painted, the artist will elbow you when trying to work, you may take all the photos you want when we are finished painting, please wait till the child gets out of the chair, please do not try to feed your child or give them drinks while they are in the chair, and DO NOT SHOW THEM A PHOTO OF THEIR DESIGN ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE I AM FINSIHED. You will ruin the best moment for them simply because YOU can’t wait.
ATTENDENCE: The artistis not responsible if guests do not attend, full payment is due at the beginning of the event and no refunds will be given regardless of how many people show.
REMINDER, THE ARTIST WILL NOT STARTSET UP OR PAINTING UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT.
