Client must provide:

• A working outdoor water hose connection
• A standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of setup area

Setup area must be:

• Flat, open, and free of obstacles, debris, and pet waste
• Located on grass or a safe surface (no sharp objects)

Foam parties are weather dependent.

• Light rain: Event may continue at entertainer’s discretion
• Heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions:
  → Party will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date
• No refunds due to weather, but rain dates will be honored

Adult supervision is required at all times

Busy Bee’s Arty Party LLC is not responsible for injuries due to:

• Running, rough play, or misuse of foam area
• Foam can make surfaces slippery — play at your own risk

Foam solution used is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for skin

Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes

• If irritation occurs, rinse with clean water

• Guests should wear appropriate attire (swimwear recommended)
• Towels are recommended for after the event
• Busy Bee’s Arty Party LLC is not responsible for:
• Wet clothing
• Personal items damaged by water or foam (phones, shoes, etc.)

• Foam is not recommended for use in pools but can be used in your pool if you choose.
• If client requests foam in a pool:
• Client assumes all responsibility for pool system, filters, and water quality
• Busy Bee’s Arty Party LLC is not liable for any pool-related damage

• Client assumes responsibility for any damage to property caused by guests
• Any damage to equipment caused by misuse may result in additional charges

• Party time begins at scheduled start time

Late starts due to client delay do not extend party time

• Additional time may be added if available for an extra fee

• Deposit required to secure booking

Remaining balance due prior to or at time of event

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice
